Puer Raw Tea, from Yunnan, China, is made with select tea leaves and sun-dried. It ages naturally over time without artificial fermentation, starting with a fresh flavor and evolving into a richer, mellow taste.
1.Awaken: In a 350ml teapot, add one tea cake and rinse with boiling water (100°C). Quickly discard the water.
2.First Steep: Pour hot water (85-95°C) over leaves. Steep for 1-2 minutes and serve.
3.More Steeps: Increase steep time by 30s-1min for each infusion.
4.Savor: Enjoy each sip, noting flavors and aromas.
5.Final Steep: When flavor weakens, use boiling water and steep longer for the last infusion.
